Forma Gym is looking for passionate, experienced and service driven Front Desk Associates to join our Front Desk Team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):
- Communicate and practice exceptional customer service and hospitality standards.
- Practice a clean and safe environment for staff and members.
- Greeting and assisting members.
- Cashier operations.
- Answering phones.
- Ensure that the club and exercise equipment are clean and well maintained while providing all members, prospective members, and guests with excellent customer service.
- Assist with special events.
DRIVERS of SUCCESS:
- A heart committed to the service of others (minimum 1 year customer service experience required)
- Communication and Interpersonal Skill
- Organization skills & ability to multitask
- A passion for the fitness Industry
- Initiative/problem solver
- Attitude of optimism & teamwork
- Familiarity with GSuite
Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
